The challenge of completing a project lies in the belief of yourself and the others around you. Of course in my case at Ford Canada, it wasn’t just the belief in others and myself, it was the ability to make tough decisions that I would never of thought of making.
In your adventures at Sheridan, you will find that decisions are a little easier and belief maybe a little more questionable than before you had entered the institution. My job as a professor is not only to teach you, but hopefully step up the belief factor in yourself and others so that you are successful.
